***Update:I found a closeup photo of the boss in the rule book, so I decided to make a few design changes to get my model as close to the artwork as possible. I am now including those files as "Program_Director_v3a" (the vertical pose), and "Program_Director_v3b" (the extended pose). Although I think v3 is the better of the designs, I will leave the older files, in case someone likes one of those more.
