Modular Ramp for Robot Vacuum

TWO PROBLEMS I attempted to solve with this build:We have a tiny tile lip (about 1 inch tall - 27.5 mm to be exact) that separates the dining room from the kitchen and our robot vacuum used to make attempt after attempt to get into the kitchen (arguably the floor that needed cleaning the most) and then ultimately surrender to the tile and turn sheepishly in the opposite direction.I have a 3D printer that I love but that has a very small printer bed.
