My Version of Robby the robot,There is a one piece file for a small print,However if you want a larger print ,print the individual files,Itinerary:-legs fileHip BallMain Body and headLeft armRight armHead piece, (Clear Resin)Extra files are:- the Inner Head piece Mould,and the outer head piece mouldThese are for moulding clear plastics for the transparency area of the head,For small models of up to 12 inches (30cm) cut a section of 2 litre pop Bottle from the Basewhere the shape is partly formed(make sure you cut it large enough)Warm the plastic with suitable hot air gun or similar, place onto the inner mould still warming the plastic but not melting (you just want it pliable), then simple push the outer mould to form the shape hold until the plastic as cooled then cut away the excess plastic using the outer mould as a template,I cant stress enough that hot plastic can cause quite severe burns so if you are unsure or a minor do not use this method,the results of this process can be quite spectacular when completed correctly,.
