This is a design for a harmonic drive (AKA Strainwave gear system) that I am putting together for a robot telescope idea. The drive is based heavily on the Keen-One harmonic drive-based equatorial mount by KEN. While excellent, KEN's drive was far too big and heavy for my plans, which are to put a very small and very cheap scope on a fully robotic EQ mount to leave outside as an autonomous scope for night sky mapping.
