This is an animatronic neck mechanism that you bolt to a robot head to make it move up, down, left, right, tilt left, and tilt right. Update (03/17/21):I have added the Neck Base - Removable Plate Update part. This piece allows you to attach the Inmoov Neck Hinge part to it so you can easily remove your robot head from the neck if needed.
